Kinamik Data Integrity appoints Mark Searle as new CEO   

Thursday, October 8th 2009 - Kinamik Data Integrity announced that Mark Searle has been named the Company's new CEO. Mr. Searle succeeded Christophe Primault, who has decided to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures.

Mark Searle, a seasoned software industry leader and entrepreneur, brings to Kinamik years of experience leading high-growth technology organizations. Prior to Kinamik he was President, co-founder and CEO of Log Savvy Corporation, a leading provider of hosted log data management and analysis software. Before Log Savvy he co-founded Addamark Technologies -now SenSage, Inc.- a pioneer in the Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) category, which he successfully led as CEO through its first several years, including seed, Series A and B financing, product development and launch, turning SenSage into one of the leaders in the SIEM space. Previously he was COO of bamboo.com, a leading online visual content provider, developing the company from a 27-person startup through multiple private financing rounds, IPO and a subsequent merger that created Internet Pictures Corp. [NASDAQ: IPIX]. Prior to IPIX, Mr. Searle held executive positions with Cybergold and Plynetics Express Corporation.
