Mark Searle - CEO

Mark brings years of experience leading high-growth technology organizations. Prior to Kinamik he was President, co-founder and CEO of Log Savvy Corporation, a leading provider of hosted log data management and analysis software. Before Log Savvy he co-founded Addamark Technologies -now SenSage, Inc.- a pioneer in the SIEM market space, which he led as CEO through its first several years. Previously he was COO of bamboo.com, a leading online visual content provider, developing the company from a 27-person startup through multiple private financing rounds, IPO and a subsequent merger that created Internet Pictures Corp. [NASDAQ: IPIX]. Prior to IPIX Mark held executive positions with Cybergold and Plynetics Express Corporation.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB cum laude in English and Creative Writing from Princeton.


Gary Lefkowitz - VP Marketing

Gary has more than 25 years of experience managing successful security and high-growth products and partnerships. Prior to joining Kinamik, he was Director of Marketing and Operations, Enterprise Storage and Server Security at HP. There, he was responsible for product marketing, management, operations, support, business development and evangelism for HP ESSN security products. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to create successful new businesses and monetize IP for high-growth and security products at firms such as HP, Compaq, Tandem and Informix Software, Inc.

Gary earned a master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a bachelor of arts degree from S.U.N.Y. Potsdam in New York.


Paul Gariboldi - VP Sales and Business Development

Paul Gariboldi brings to Kinamik a wealth of experience in sales and business development of information technology solutions, products and services. In his more than 25 years of experience he has held executive and management positions throughout the United States, Europe, Australia and Latin America for various organizations, including Art Technology Group (ATG), The Concord Group, Oracle, MAI Basic Four and KPMG Peat Marwick.

He graduated from Rutgers University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Political Science.


Carlos Saona - VP of Technology

Carlos has more than ten years of experience in software development. He started his career as a researcher in CAD algorithms. He then moved to the healthcare industry, where he spent most of his professional career as software architect in scalable and distributed applications for the CH-Werfen group. He has worked in projects for several markets, including Italy, Spain, France, UK and the USA.

He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Catalonia.
