  • Time Stamp Authority:("Autoridad de Sellado de Tiempo"). Project reference: TSI-020100-2008-657. Duration: 2008. Study the integrity for electronic data and documents with irrefutable date and time mark in order to integrate Kinamik Secure Audit Vault with an official time provider (TSA), through the usage of RFC3161 protocol.
  • Electronic Health Records integrity and security assurance: ("Integridad y seguridad de la Historia Clínica"). Project reference TSI-020302-2008-67. Duration: 2008-2009. Kinamik Secure Audit Vault will allow the participating Hospital to fully secure the patient's electronic health record (EHR) by securing in an immutable audit vault all sensitive data related to access, modifications or alterations that affect the EHR. This will allow the hospital to comply and exceed privacy requirements in Spanish law (LOPD), and other local and international laws and best practices (e.g. HIPAA). Within the project, Kinamik Secure Audit Vault will be integrated with one of the leading HIS in Spain.
  • Building an Integrity Platform for complying with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and Spanish privacy data law (LOPD): ("Sistema de integridad de registro para tarjetas de crédito (PCI-DSS) y datos personales (LOPD)"). Project reference TSI-020100-2008-540. Duration: 2008-2009. Leverage the Bank's existing investment in SIM/SEM solution by building a fully secured vault for their audit data. Kinamik covered an existing security gap that rendered logs and other audit information as non admissible in case of litigation and evidence by seamlessly integrating with their log management tool. Additionally, offered the ability to recover audit data lost by tampering or unintentional error. This allows Kinamik Secure Audit Vault to pinpoint exactly where, when and what data has been tampered, and also to reconstruct data to its original state.
  • Time Stamping Authority for financial protocol compliance: ("ASTARFIN: Autoridad de Sellado de Tiempo de Alto Rendimiento para el Futuro sector Financiero en Internet"). Project reference: TSI-020100-2009-764. Duration: 2009. The project has two objectives. One is to analyze, assess and subsequently develop Kinamik’s protocol for being compliant with ANSI X9.95 and ISO 18014. The other is to allow Kinamik Data Integrity to become an official time provider (TSA).
  • Building a Compliant Information Sharing Environment (ISE) for the Spanish Government: ("Canal de Gestión Integral e Inteligente de Centros de Atención a Usuarios en servicios públicos para los ciudadanos"). Project reference: TSI-020100-2009-682. Duration: 2009-2010. Design and build an Information Sharing Environment that will allow several Government agencies and offices to securely share and distribute sensitive information, compliant with Spanish Law 11/2007. This shared information will be legally admissible in Court and have increased evidential weight, and it will also be valid in any forensic or internal investigation.
  • Advanced Electronic Data Preservation Platform: ("IEP-DISCOVERY Información Electrónica Preservada"). Project reference: TSI-020100-2009-39. Duration: 2009-2010. This project will allow the creation of an advanced platform for the capturing and preserving electronic data for any legal purpose in an organization. Based on the Kinamik Secure Audit Vault, this platform will ease the access to electronically stored information (ESI) during any type of investigation by using cutting-edge concept search capabilities instead of normal keyword search. In addition to this advanced search capabilities this secure platform will be tamper-evident, providing increased validity of the preserved information, thus making investigation and forensic processes more efficient.
  • Social Networks and Collaborative Tools for the Scientific Research Community: ("Redes sociales y herramientas colaborativas para la investigación") Project reference: TSI-020100-2009-440. Duration: 2009 -2010. Create a secure platform for the research community that will allow open innovation and ease collaboration while protecting the intellectual property generated. Kinamik's technology will secure in real-time all traces of documentation and information exchange, thus improving the defensibility of patents and knowledge authority in an unquestionable way.
