Support and QA Engineer
We are looking for a member of our support and QA teams. He/she will handle internal and external support tasks, including handling requests, incidence reports, product installation and configuration, etc. He/she will also participate in training for partners and customers and in defining and executing test cases.
The candidate must be skilled in support/helpdesk activities, have excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), have knowledge in Quality Assurance processes and have some technical knowledge in Cryptography, Linux/Windows servers, JBoss applications and DB management. The job requires some traveling.
